The highs and lows of weight gain are literally day to day.
If you were to weigh yourself every day, you’d see what I mean. Your body can fluctuate by over 2kgs up or down in a 24 hour period.
Things like hydration, water in the body, food in the body still working it’s way through… Everything works at its own pace and everyone is different. One person may process certain foods differently to others. Some peoples bodies, are more efficient with how they utilise their intake.
Hydration is huge. Your body needs it’s water. Everything works better when the body is fully hydrated. To your mood to digestion, all the way through to your blood flow. The better hydrated you are, the happier everything is inside of you.
The easiest way to make sure your hydrated is to check the colour of your wee. You’re looking for a clear a colour as possible. Anything darker than a pale yellow and your already moving towards dehydration in the body.
As a marker you should be consuming around 1 litre of water for every 1000 kcals you consume. Personally, I’d recommend even more. Top up the cold clear stuff with herbal teas and your easily there.
If there is one thing you do today that will improve you, drink more water.
