Today's workout got me back under a bar and hitting a complex of 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat & 1 Split Jerk TWICE, every minute, for 10 minutes.
The weight in question was 70% of my 1RM and the bar moved fluidly through each stage. It's the first time in a good while that the barbell has moved well to be honest. I felt strong and in control of every rep.
The finisher was 10 minutes of as many rounds as you can get through the following workout:
10 Deadlifts, 200 meter run.
